What you do when nobody is watching
What separates the people who achieve their goals from the people who don’t? Almost all of the time it is consistency or to go with the blog title...what you do when nobody is watching!
Let’s delve a little bit deeper into what I mean. We have all seen the people who post on social media every time that they walk into the gym or show us pictures of their ‘healthy’ meals which is great, maybe you do this as well and it is good to share your goals with your friends and what you’re doing to get there. However, it’s easy to do this when everything is going well and you’re fully motivated but how often do these people either go quiet or not get any closer to their goals?
Believe To Achieve!
Have you ever wanted to achieve a goal be it lifting a certain weight, reaching a weight loss target, earning a certain amount of money, whatever it is but you never really bought into it or 100% believed that you could? If this sounds like you or somebody that you know you probably gave up and found an excuse as to why you didn’t get there. People tend to blame ‘a lack of time’, work/life commitments, the plan wasn’t good enough and a whole host of other reasons instead of digging a little deeper into their own mind and thought processes.
