Strength & Conditioning Coaching:
If you are a competitive athlete, younger or older or even if you just like to train like a competitive athlete; this package is for you. As a qualified Strength & Conditioning Coach, I can coach you to get your physical attributes better for your chosen sport, this includes getting stronger, faster, better endurance as well as helping to reduce your risk of injury. Ideally, we would work together for an extended period of time, so that we can work on making sure that you 'move' well for general life as well as your sport, have a productive 'off-season' plan as well as the competitive season plan. This package can be done 1 to 1 or in small groups.
1 to 1 Personal Training Sessions: This is the most popular option as you get a total 1 to 1 service and is suitable for everybody who lives in the Tavistock area. For beginners it means that we will work together from the very start introducing you to the exercises and techniques that we will be using of which we will build upon throughout your training program. For those at a more intermediate stage of training we will perfect your techniques whilst using intelligent programming to really push you on to the next level. This option is fully tailored to meet your goals and accompany your lifestyle. As part of this training package we will cover everything from the exercises that we will be using, how to do them and why we are using them alongside covering your nutrition in depth including what the best foods are to eat, how much to have of each and what effect they have on your body and lifestyle. We will optimise the way that you are eating and drinking to achieve your fitness goals but not only that as we are looking to improve your overall health, mood, energy and sleep quality.
Small group sessions: This is very similar to the first option except that if you have one or two friends that want to join you on your health & fitness journey then I can offer small group training sessions as well. This option is perfect if you would prefer to train with another person as you will receive the same personalised training, nutrition and lifestyle information that you would in the 1 to 1 option however, you have the added familiarity of having a friend/family member training with you as well as what pushes you more than a little friendly competition?!
Nutritional Coaching: This option is perfect for people of all levels of health & fitness who want to take control of the nutritional aspect of their life. We will go through the types of food to eat, how much of each to have, the effect that they have on the body and much more. I won't be giving you the latest 'fad' diet looking for the quickest, unsustainable results or a generic diet that is given to everybody; it will be tailored to you, your goals and your lifestyle. This will take place with face-to-face meetings as well as email updates. (More information on this can be found in the 'Nutrition Coach' tab at the top of the page)
Online Training: This option is great for people that have some experience of training but are looking for their programming to be taken care of and taken to the next level to help them achieve their goals. This will run in 12 week blocks and will mainly consist of phone and email communications as well as you sending me videos of your training so that I can check technique and progress etc. There may be some 1 to 1 elements with this package as I want to make sure that you are happy with the exercises before we commence the program. This option can be coupled together very effectively with the Nutritional Coaching package above to create a well-rounded approach to really push towards achieving the health/fitness goals that you have set yourself.
Seminars: Are you involved in a sports team, a school or do you have a group of people that want to learn more about the human body, nutrition, training programming and techniques etc? If so, I can do half and full day seminars where you can learn all of this, get involved with a practical element and ask any questions to further your knowledge and improve your health & fitness.
