Training options

1 to 1 Personal Training Sessions: This is the most popular option as you get a total 1 to 1 service and is suitable for everybody who lives in the Tavistock area. For beginners it means that we will work together from the very start introducing you to the exercises and techniques that we will be using of which we will build upon throughout your training program. For those at a more intermediate stage of training we will perfect your techniques whilst using intelligent programming to really push you on to the next level. This option is fully tailored to meet your goals and accompany your lifestyle. As part of this training package we will cover everything from the exercises that we will be using, how to do them and why we are using them alongside covering your nutrition in depth including what the best foods are to eat, how much to have of each and what effect they have on your body and lifestyle. We will optimise the way that you are eating and drinking to achieve your fitness goals but not only that as we are looking to improve your overall health, mood, energy and sleep quality.

Semi-private group classes: I run two group classes per week from my base at NL Fitness in Tavistock, these are on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 19:15-20:00. The Tuesday class is a circuit-based class, which means that it will be a bit more up tempo, lighter weight and aimed more at improving your cardiovascular fitness, as well as muscular endurance. The Thursday class is a progressive strength & conditioning session, so in this one we do more lifting of weight to push your strength levels and we progress these exercises over a 4 week block, before changing the exercises for the next 4 weeks. The two classes work perfectly together to give you a well rounded fitness program.

Online Nutritional Coaching This option is perfect for people of all levels of health & fitness who want to take control of the nutritional aspect of their life. This is your chance to be coached on all things nutrition and lifestyle by a fully qualified Nutritionist. We will go through the types of food to eat, how much of each to have, the effect that they have on the body and much more. I won't be giving you the latest 'fad' diet looking for the quickest, unsustainable results or a generic diet that is given to everybody; it will be tailored to you, your goals and your lifestyle. This is an online option, as I can then work with you no matter where you are based, however, if you are in the Tavistock area, we can do the initial consultation face-to-face, if you would prefer.

Online Training: This option is great for people that have some experience of training but are looking for their programming to be taken care of and taken to the next level to help you to achieve their goals. I will tailor make a program for you, which will be delivered to you via an app, so it is easy to use with instructional videos as well. Communications are via Whatsapp mainly, however, if you need some further guidance at any point, we can hop on a phone call. I've used and currently use an online coach and it is a great option if you don't need a trainer in-person with you, but you'd like the programming taken care of for you and it also is a lot more cost effective than in-person caching. There is the option of combining Online Training and Nutritional Coaching to make a real, winning combination.

Seminars: Are you involved in a sports team, a school or do you have a group of people that want to learn more about the human body, nutrition, training programming and techniques etc? If so, I can do half and full day seminars where you can learn all of this, get involved with a practical element and ask any questions to further your knowledge and improve your health & fitness.
