The 10 Week Transformation Challenge is designed to not only help you to achieve your weight/fat loss goals, but to also help you to build positive, new lifestyle habits to become healthier, fitter and to overall feel more energetic in everyday life.
As a certified Nutritionist, I will set out a fully tailored plan for you to follow, which we will not only discuss together at the start of your journey, but regularly throughout the 10 week period. I have a core set of principles that I prescribe with the nutrition plan, but overall, I will help you to find the approach that works best for you.
My goal is to not only put together a plan for you to help achieve your 10 week goals, but to also lay the foundation for you to carry on with your new habits and healthier lifestyle for the future. At the end of the period, you can join the next intake for another 10 weeks or join my exclusive member's group (coming Spring 2021!) to keep the momentum going. Even though this is a 10 week challenge, I want to help you on your health and fitness journey for the long term.

What's Included:
- A copy of my new eBook 'The Ultimate Guide to Fat Loss & Health'
This guide will explain how to set up your diet for the 10 week course (and beyond), what foods to focus on and why, how to navigate social events, recipe ideas, extra learning material and much more! Once you have read through the guide before the course starts, we will then discuss the plan together so, that it fits you as an individual and you are fully prepared to get started!
- Personalised Nutrition Plan
Following on from the point above, we will work together to make sure the program fits you and your goals.
- 3 'at home' exercises classes per week
These classes are from my living room to your's and are challenging and progressive. They will require little to no equipment (only a kettlebell or two) and just need 100% effort and enthusiasm. The classes aren't easy, but if you persevere, you will notice big changes to your fitness levels over the 10 week period. The classes are approximately 30 minutes long and are pre-recorded, giving you the flexibility to complete them around your lifestyle.
- Weekly Check-Ins
We will be in contact each week to discuss how the plan is going and this gives us an opportunity to make any changes that we see fit. The check-ins could be as short as an email conversation to say that we are happy with how it's going, or if we need to discuss things in more detail, we can pick up the phone and go through the details further. As with the whole program...it is individual to you.
- Private Members Only Group
This will bring a community feel to the challenge and allow everybody to make friends and motivate each other throughout the 10 weeks.
- Regular Q & A Sessions
I will record regular Q&A videos answering any of your questions that we feel the whole group could benefit from.
- Discount from a local, high-quality meat supplier
I work in conjunction with a local butcher, who provides fantastic quality, local meat with free delivery to your door. As part of the group you will receive a discount code for this.
- Results!
If you commit to the process, follow the nutrition plan and exercise prescriptions, you will get results and feel great whilst doing it!
