What's Included:
- 10 Week Training Program
There are two 10 week training programs that you have the choice between. One is gym-based if that is your preference or if you're not a big fan of gyms, then there is an at-home version of the plan also. The plan starts off steady and is intelligently programmed to progress you over the 10 week period, so that you really can be in the best shape of your life by the end of it.
- Personalised Nutrition Plan
Based on your starting point and goals, you will receive personalised nutritional targets that are aimed at getting you to the promised land. You will also receive 3 sample daily meal plans that will show you how a day could/should look to get the foods that we are wanting to prioritise in, as well as hitting your nutritional targets. You will also receive some recipe books, so that you can really keep things interesting, if you are the type of person that likes more variety in their diet.
- 30 Learning Modules
Now this is where the real gold is. Most 'transformation' programs will give you a plan, you'll get some results, but then you'll slip back into old habits quickly, why? Lack of education!
For me this was the part of the program that I see as the most important. There are 30 learning modules covering lots of topics from, what we are doing nutritionally and why, weight fluctuations, sleep optimisation, how to manage social events whilst still making progress and much, much more. My goal is not only that you make great progress over the 10 weeks, but more importantly come away educated on how to manage your own diet and lifestyle, so these changes are for life, not just for 10 weeks.
